“Peranzana”

The Peranzana (Provençal) cultivar is present since centuries mainly in the rural areas of San Severo and Torremaggiore. It is a highly valued variety of olives as it produces an oil with unique sensorial characteristics: light, delicate and averagely fruity, with slight hints of fresh almond and artichoke.

Peranzana Organic Oil

The oil from Peranzana olives has a flavor of extremely elegant aromas, sourly fruity, pleasantly bitter and spicy, with extraordinary intensity and persistence.
